Lizabeth Belli, MA
Somatic, Trauma-Informed & Relational Therapist
"Honor the space between no longer and not yet"

About Me
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the creative world — surrounded by art, storytelling, and people exploring what it means to be human. That lens still shapes my work today: therapy as a relational process where curiosity, reflection, humor, and authenticity matter.
I’m Lizabeth Belli, MA (AMFT #139514), a therapist based in Los Angeles offering somatic, trauma-informed, and relational therapy to individuals across California. I support women navigating anxiety, relational stress, grief, identity shifts, and life transitions — at your pace, with care.
I bring warmth and presence into the therapy room, along with a deep respect for each person’s culture, story, and lived experience. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities of color.

My Path
I’ve always been drawn to the ways people express meaning — through art, story, and connection. I began my career in the Bay Area art world, working alongside artists and creatives exploring culture and identity.
During that time, I found myself questioning my own sense of purpose and connection. That reckoning led me toward therapy, mindfulness, and eventually this work — supporting others as they find steadiness within themselves.
What Grounds Me
My approach is shaped by mindfulness, nature, and a deep respect for ancestry and community. I practice Vipassana meditation and find calm near the ocean or while tending to my plants. Food also connects me to culture, people, and shared care.
I believe healing happens through connection — with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
I’m also the proud mom of a rescued shih-tzu who’s often “in the room” with us during sessions — you may even hear her softly snoring in the background. She’s a constant reminder of compassion, presence, joy, and a little side-eyed humor.

My Work
I view therapy as a space to slow down and understand the patterns that no longer serve you. My role is to help you explore your emotions, build nervous system steadiness, and move toward greater clarity and alignment.
Cascata means waterfall in Italian — a symbol of movement, change, and forward flow. Here, therapy is about steady transformation — not force.
