Therapy with Lizabeth
"Honor the moment between no longer and not yet" - Nancy Levin
Contact Cascata Psychotherapy for somatic, humanistic, and trauma-informed therapy—serving clients online across California for healing and growth.
I believe therapy has the power to radically transform one's experience of life — changing people, perspectives, and ideas about who we are, all flowing in a new direction.
I offer therapy for individuals in Los Angeles and online throughout Califronia.
Life doesn’t come with calm seas.
Between work, relationships, and an ever-changing world, it’s easy to lose your footing. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself or others — unsure what’s next, stuck in old patterns, or craving more meaning and ease.
If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just “off,” you’re not alone. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of things, and find your balance again.
Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and reconnect you with your inner steadiness — so you can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
How I Work
I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can show up as you are. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and grounded in curiosity and care.
I integrate somatic, humanistic, narrative, and mindfulness-based approaches to support healing that touches both mind and body.
I specialize in supporting women — teens through elders — navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, identity shifts, or creative and life transitions.
A Bit About Me
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the creative world — surrounded by art, storytelling, and people exploring what it means to be human. That lens still shapes my work today: therapy as a creative, relational process where humor, reflection, curiosity, and authenticity matter.
I bring warmth and authenticity into the therapy room, along with a deep respect for each person’s culture, story, and lived experience. I’m passionate about social justice and provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities of color.

Why Cascata Psychotherapy? Cascata in Italian translates to waterfall. Waterfalls are often seen as symbols of change, good fortune, and moving forward, all aspects we embrace in navigating the journey of growth and transformation.
